Important: Customs duties and taxes are payable by the recipient

For all international orders, any customs duties, import VAT/GST, and carrier customs handling fees charged on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping charge. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

EU customers

From 1 July 2026, the EU has abolished duty relief on imports under EUR 150. For B2C orders, a duty of EUR 3 per item applies in addition to import VAT, and from 1 November 2026 a customs handling fee of EUR 2 per declaration line also applies. These are collected from the recipient on delivery. We do not collect them at checkout.

How we ship

We ship directly from Japan by EMS (Japan Post).

Direct shipping (EMS only)

  • We ship only via EMS (Japan Post).
  • If EMS is suspended for your country, we will contact you before shipping.
  • Delivery may be delayed beyond the estimated time due to reduced flights and customs processing.

Forwarding service (optional)

If EMS is not available for your country, or if you prefer a different carrier, you may use a forwarding service such as Tenso.com. You order with a Japanese address, and Tenso forwards the parcel to you.

Please note: forwarding does not remove customs duties or taxes — these are still payable by you on import. Batteries and other restricted items may also be refused by the forwarder.

Important restrictions

  • Orders over JPY 200,000 cannot be shipped internationally.
  • Batteries cannot be shipped internationally.
  • We do not undervalue parcels or mark paid goods as "gift" — customs declarations must be accurate.

Shipping charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total shipment weight.
