Notice Regarding International Shipping to the EU (EMS)

Currently, EMS shipments to EU member countries are not being accepted by Japan Post. As a result, we are temporarily unable to ship orders from our store to destinations within the EU.

At this time, there is no confirmed date for when the service will resume, and shipments may take significantly longer than usual. In some cases, it may take more than one month before your order can be shipped.

For orders destined for the EU, we will ship them as soon as the situation improves and EMS service becomes available again.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for keeping our customers waiting for an extended period of time.

We will provide updates on this page as soon as there is any progress regarding the resumption of EMS service or the shipping situation.

International Shipping (For Customers Outside Japan)

We strongly recommend using a forwarding service such as Tenso.com for all international orders.

Due to frequent restrictions and suspensions of EMS service depending on the destination country, direct international shipping from our store is limited and not always reliable.

Recommended Method: Forwarding Service (Tenso)

Using a forwarding service is the most reliable way to receive your order.

How it works:

  1. Sign up with Tenso and receive a Japanese address
  2. Place your order using that address
  3. Tenso receives your package in Japan
  4. Tenso forwards it internationally using available shipping methods

This method helps avoid EMS restrictions and provides more stable delivery options.

Direct International Shipping (EMS Only)

If you choose direct shipping from our store:

  • We ship only via EMS (Japan Post)
  • EMS availability depends on your country
  • Delivery may be delayed or unavailable without notice

Important Restrictions

Please read carefully before placing an order:

  • Orders over JPY 200,000 cannot be shipped internationally from our store
  • Batteries cannot be shipped internationally (this restriction also applies to forwarding services in most cases)
  • If EMS is unavailable for your country, we cannot ship your order

Forwarding services such as Tenso.com may help avoid EMS availability issues, but they do not guarantee shipment of restricted items such as batteries.

Customs and Import Duties

Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are determined by your country and must be paid by the customer.
